CO-UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER- WEEKLY PAY W/ BENEFITS

*Must have already, or be able to obtain, an all-black suit by start date. *

We are looking for an individual with a strong command presence who can project authority, maintain control of challenging situations, and serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized activity while delivering exceptional customer service. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free. A&A Security Group is seeking a highly professional, confident, and dependable Unarmed Security Officer for a high-visibility security assignment.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong command presence and professional demeanor.
• Confident, assertive, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and maintain control during confrontational situations.
• Excellent situational awareness and sound judgment.
• Ability to enforce site policies firmly, fairly, and professionally.
• Experience handling difficult individuals and de-escalating potential conflicts.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or public safety experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Skills

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• Familiarity with report writing
• Must have great attention to detail
