Job Summary

Be part of a tree crew responsible for climbing trees with the aid of rope and saddles as well as use of a bucket truck. Perform other tasks including chipping, use of chainsaw and debris removal.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Trimming
• Pruning
• Prepare, operate and maintain tools and equipment
• Operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers and aerial lifts
• Debris removal
• Willingness to obtain specialized training and certifications as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of tree trimming experience
• Able to operate two-handed equipment
• Knowledge of rope and saddle climbing
• Valid Driver’s License, CDL is a plus!
• EHAP certification is a plus!
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, bending, squatting required
• Must be able to push, lift and drag up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions

Compensation

Pay for this position is $25hr
