What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and confidence—you're the face of the store!
• Provide expert bra fittings (in private fitting rooms) and style advice.
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers by offering great service.
• Crush personal sales goals by understanding what your customers need.
• Stay sharp on product knowledge so you can wow customers with expertise.
• Keep the store tidy, stocked, and organized with your team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience working with customers (retail, hospitality, food service—we count it all!).
• Confidence using basic technology (cash register, CRM systems, etc.).
• Strong people skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.
• A team player mindset with positive energy and a willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability—especially evenings, weekends, and holidays.
