We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Engage in Inside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct product demos to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in territory management by effectively covering assigned regions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management and business development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is beneficial.
