1. Career Assessment and Planning
- Service Objective: Identify individual strengths, abilities, interests, and employment goals.
- Key Features:
- Administer assessments to determine job readiness and career preferences.
- Develop Individualized Employment Plans (IEPs) aligned with each participant’s skills and vocational aspirations.
2. Job Readiness Training
- Service Objective: Equip participants with the skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
- Key Features:
- Workshops on soft skills, including communication, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Training on resume building, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
3. On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Service Objective: Provide hands-on learning experiences in real-world environments.
- Key Features:
- Partnering with local employers to create structured OJT opportunities.
- Assigning job coaches to support participants and employers throughout the training period.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to ensure successful skill development.
4. Supported Employment
- Service Objective: Assist individuals who may require additional support in securing and maintaining employment.
- Key Features:
- Identifying suitable job placements based on participants' abilities and interests.
- Providing workplace accommodations and fostering inclusive work environments.
- Offering long-term support to ensure job retention and satisfaction.
5. Career Development and Advancement
- Service Objective: Support participants in achieving long-term career growth.

- Continued access to skill-building opportunities, such as advanced training or certifications.
- Ongoing career counseling to explore pathways for professional advancement.
6. Community and Employer Engagement
- Service Objective: Build strong partnerships to promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Key Features:
- Hosting informational sessions and workshops for employers on creating inclusive workplaces.
- Facilitating job fairs and networking events to connect participants with potential employers.
- Offering resources and incentives to employers who partner with A&A Workforce.
